  1. 0.03 my back dont go has back as far like in the other vedio
    0.10 my hip dont move has much
    0.28 i got the time wrong
    1.16 i could go alot lower
    1.36 go on to the ball of my foot
    for nexts time lift my core up and look more stronger before and after the dances.

    i felt better doing this warm up this time because back has got strong from it and my hips dont move has much.

    i still need to work on my feet.
